In most workshops, you’ll work around a specific challenge you pick, and replace it with an experience of the outcomes you want. You’ll also build an emotionally energizing and concrete foundation you can access for inner-growth work, including a gesture and phrase to rekindle your zest at times when mission and passion feel remote and powerlessness threatens again.
The workshops are highly interactive and experiential. In addition to your own work, you will be introduced to tools you can start to use with others you serve. You’ll learn:

- What “core intention” is, connecting to yours in a visceral way that restores joy and delight in the truth of who you are
- Basic elements of the core intention process, including establishing and calibrating challenge/outcomes statements, inquiry around gifts and purpose, and using a “time machine” to experience your desired future
- How to “anchor” to recall that powerful state when needed
Mark Hurwich has offered these workshops to rave reviews in venues including the Internal Family Systems annual conference in Providence, and the Day of Victories in Chicago. He coaches clients who’ve become “stuck," and brings over 40 years experience as a coach and international business consultant. Mark holds IFS, NLP and Hypnosis certifications, and has a BS from MIT and MBA from Wharton.
