Supercharge Your 'Why': Anchoring to Core Intention℠ Training for Coaches, Therapists, Executives, and Visionaries
If you're a coach, therapist, or strategy/visioning executive, learning how to connect your clients to their core intention--their raison d'être; why they're on the planet...not just in their heads, but in their hearts--is a powerful skill. It can help clients reach what they most want in the world. It's also a catalyst for other modalities, like Internal Family Systems, where it creates positive (resourceful) places to start growth, vs. deficit-based motivation.
Anchoring to Core Intention℠ is an easy way to accelerate and deepen your work, and reveal new, previously hidden client assets. In addition to helping clients uncover their core intention in a profound way, you'll also be able to give them a means to recall that state at will. And, once trained, you can do this all quickly--establishing these connections in a single session.
You have two options. Workshops help to connect you to your own Core Intention and give you a sense of the process. Intensive professional training is for those who want to learn those skills at a mastery level, so they can connect their own clients to Core Intention as a means to accelerate growth work.

Why is Core Intention Useful...and What is It?
Capturing your "why" is sometimes a head exercise that leaves you rudderless and even struggling on a day-to-day level. Wouldn’t it be great if you could boost your emotional battery at will, re-connecting to higher purpose, particularly when you’re overwhelmed or caught up in daily details?
Anchoring to Core Intention℠ viscerally connects you to your gifts and essential purpose in a way that resonates in your heart, body, and spirit--not just your head. You’ll do this process around a specific challenge in a way that creates an actual experience of the outcomes you want. That approach builds an emotionally energizing and concrete foundation you can access during day-to-day activities. You’ll also identify a means (e.g., gesture or phrase) to rekindle your zest at times when your mission and passion feel remote. When connected to your core intention in a visceral way, all of a sudden what you thought you "ought" to do (but maybe couldn't quite grasp) becomes something you can touch and feel, and can't wait to get to. This connection creates energy for the hard work of transformation.
Note: this is not about intellectually developing a 25 word personal mission statement...although you'll have the start of one, should you want to craft it. It's more getting from your head to your heart and body...about knowing and feeling what you're about, vs. "understanding." It reflects something specific you yearn to reach, but aren't quite experiencing. It includes a trip to a future where you'll deeply experience what you seek, and be able to bring lessons from that future back. And it includes anchoring.
